This is an Orb Overview of Technology Available.

I. The science involved in creating a dimensional portal through implosion is available through the means of the Orb Design Mechanism that utilises ZPE directly through the manipulation of the ambient transition of quantum vaccum flucuations of bosonic-fermion dynameterics at a {+,-,o and no time vortex} that controls time dialation through dimensional seperation that restricts the limit of light through the universe by lensing,coupling, atomic and sub-atomic torsion of manipulation of elementary and virtual particles by the way of the casimir effect, graviton which is the difference between interia, ZPE and gravity as bosonic-fermion dynameteric time fractals or the higgs particle in polarisation and implosion. This information and sources are such that could not be reasonable to list, however, it will reflect and express the knowledge of prior individuals such as Einsteins Equivalancy Principal, Newtons Laws of Motion, Machs Principal, Quantum Space-Time by Richard P. I have designed a few items for the U.S. Air Force under plausable deniability they will not acknowledge and cannot explain due to National Security standards

of secrecy, just to show my creditials.

2) This device is called an orb and scalar projector generator that

performs torsin on ions in material and structures essential to space flight stored ZPE energy in all forms of sustainance as all types of technologies.

3) I require study forum all aspects of technology basis groups with open minds to access this power for the good of all mankind.

4) At  -273'C times 5 in -g's below zero multipulation can take place through scalar wave functions that at different shifts of the electromagnetic spectrum can generate vast amount of energy to produce variable amount of electricity and virtual scalar particles for electrical use in advance of the fusion level of understanding that can be harnessed through bosonic-fermion dynameterics the ultimate in renormalisation, and 5 times space vaccum.

9) Insulation of each orb will not be necessary unless used for a battery, then add Calicium Carbonate as a layer outside the orb sphere, as it will reduce the function of the device minimually.

II) The Orb Projector and Generation Device:

A) Containment Area: The containment area is the area of multi-angular torsion spin and generation of ZPE for the orb, this area also cover bosonic-fermion dynameterics and sensors that detect scalar red-shift to ultra-violet shift to transmit radiation measurement and must be monitored and are also powered by a telsa atmospheric energy converter.
